When your deletion request is processed, we will delete the personal data associated with your account, which may include:

Account credentials and authentication information
Reading progress and related user activity
Bookmarks and saved preferences
Teacher/student-related account information associated with your account
We do not retain your personal account data longer than necessary after processing a valid account deletion request, except where retention is required by law or necessary for legitimate legal or security purposes.
Any information that must be retained for legal or security reasons will be retained only for the period required and will then be deleted or anonymized where applicable.
After receiving your request, Tarteel Centre may verify ownership of the account before processing the deletion request. Once the request has been verified, we will process the deletion in accordance with our applicable privacy practices.
