Welcome to Tarteel Centre. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access
to and use of the Tarteel Centre mobile application, website, and related
educational services.
By creating an account or using Tarteel Centre, you agree to these Terms. If
you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.
Tarteel Centre is an educational platform designed to support Qur'an
learning and related Islamic educational activities, including Qur'an reading,
Qira'at, Tajwid, teacher-supported learning, classes, and educational
resources.
The service may be updated, modified, or expanded over time.
You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating an
account.
You are responsible for:
· Keeping your login credentials secure
· Maintaining the accuracy of your account information
· All activity performed through your account
· Not sharing your account credentials with unauthorized persons
If you are a parent or guardian creating or supervising an account for a
child, you are responsible for ensuring that the child's use of the service is
appropriate and complies with applicable requirements.
Tarteel Centre may provide different account types, including student and
teacher accounts.
Students may request to connect with teachers through the platform. Teacher
connections may require approval before certain services, classes, or package
purchases become available.
Teachers are responsible for providing educational services in accordance
with Tarteel Centre's applicable policies and instructions.
Tarteel Centre provides educational materials and tools intended to support
Qur'an and Islamic learning.
The application is an educational service and should not be considered a
substitute for qualified personal instruction where direct scholarly or
educational guidance is required.
Tarteel Centre may update, correct, modify, or remove educational content
from time to time.
Certain services may require the purchase of a package or subscription.
Package information may include:
· Number of classes
· Validity period
· Price
· Applicable conditions
Package details presented at the time of purchase form part of the
applicable purchase terms.
Unused classes may be subject to the package's stated validity period and
other applicable conditions.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers, including
Paystack.
You agree to provide accurate information necessary to complete a payment.
A payment is considered completed only after successful payment processing
and verification by the applicable payment systems.
Tarteel Centre may refuse, reverse, or investigate transactions where there
is evidence of fraud, unauthorized activity, technical error, or violation of
these Terms.
Refunds and cancellations are handled according to the applicable package conditions
and Tarteel Centre's refund policy.
Where a payment dispute or refund request arises, users should contact
Tarteel Centre through the official contact channels.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded
under applicable law.
You agree not to:
· Use the service for unlawful purposes
· Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems
· Interfere with the operation or security of the application
· Upload malicious software or harmful content
· Misrepresent your identity
· Abuse teacher, student, or support services
· Attempt to manipulate payment or package records
· Copy, reproduce, or distribute proprietary application materials
without authorization
· Use the service in a manner that harms other users or Tarteel
Centre
Unless otherwise stated, the Tarteel Centre application, branding, original
software, user interface designs, logos, and original content are owned by or
licensed to Tarteel Centre.
Third-party software, fonts, Qur'anic resources, Qira'at resources, and
other materials remain subject to their respective copyright notices and
licences.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of Tarteel Centre's intellectual
property.
The service may integrate with or rely on third-party services such as
Firebase, Paystack, Google services, and other technology providers.
Your use of third-party services may also be governed by the applicable
terms and policies of those providers.
Tarteel Centre is not responsible for changes or interruptions caused solely
by third-party services.
Where users submit information through the application, they are responsible
for ensuring that the information is accurate and does not violate applicable
laws or the rights of others.
You must not submit content that is unlawful, abusive, threatening,
fraudulent, or harmful.
Students and teachers are expected to interact respectfully and
appropriately.
Tarteel Centre may investigate complaints or inappropriate conduct and may
restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts where necessary to protect users or
the service.
Tarteel Centre may suspend or terminate an account where:
· These Terms are violated
· Fraudulent or unauthorized activity is detected
· The account presents a security risk
· The service is being abused
· Required by law or legal process
Users may also request account closure in accordance with the Privacy
Policy.
We aim to keep Tarteel Centre available and reliable, but we do not
guarantee that the application will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or
available.
Maintenance, updates, network problems, device problems, and third-party
service interruptions may temporarily affect availability.
Tarteel Centre provides educational tools and services on an “as available”
basis.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tarteel Centre does not guarantee
that all educational content will meet every user's individual learning
requirements or that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tarteel Centre will not be liable
for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising
from use of the service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or
limited.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated Terms will be made available through the Tarteel Centre website or
application. Continued use of the service after an update may constitute
acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of
Ghana, unless another jurisdiction is required by applicable law.
