By submitting an admission application to Tarteel Centre, parents, guardians, and students agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Accurate Information: All information provided in the admission form must be accurate and complete.

2. Admission Confirmation: Submitting an application does not automatically guarantee admission. Enrolment is confirmed after the application has been reviewed and accepted by the centre.

3. Commitment to Learning: Students are expected to attend their scheduled classes regularly, arrive on time, and participate actively in their lessons.

4. Respectful Conduct: Students must demonstrate good manners, respect their teachers and fellow learners, and uphold the Islamic values encouraged by Tarteel Centre.

5. Parental or Guardian Responsibility: Parents or guardians are responsible for providing accurate information for minors and supporting their children's attendance and learning progress.

6. Fees and Payments: Any applicable tuition fees, payment deadlines, and refund arrangements will be communicated by the centre before enrolment is finalised.

7. Communication: Parents, guardians, and students should maintain clear communication with the centre regarding attendance, progress, and any changes to their admission information.

8. Privacy and Confidentiality: Personal information submitted through the admission form will be handled responsibly and used for legitimate admission, educational, and administrative purposes.

9. Changes to Arrangements: Tarteel Centre reserves the right to make reasonable changes to class schedules, programmes, and administrative procedures when necessary. Students and parents will be informed of relevant changes.

10. Acceptance of Terms: By submitting the admission form, the applicant or the parent/guardian of a minor confirms that they have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
